Cancellation Policy

We can't wait to welcome you to Prism House! **Participation & Liability** All classes and activities are undertaken voluntarily and at your own risk. Participants are responsible for choosing activities appropriate for their abilities, following instructor guidance, and notifying instructors of any limitations that may affect safe participation. By booking, participants acknowledge and agree to the Prism House Liability Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prism House is not responsible for injuries or losses arising from the ordinary risks of participation, as outlined in the waiver. **Cancellations & Refunds** - Class reservations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. - Drop-in bookings canceled at least 12 hours in advance may be rescheduled or credited toward a future class. - Late cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable. - Membership holders are encouraged to cancel reservations they cannot attend so another participant can enjoy the space. - If Prism House cancels a class, drop-in participants will receive a refund or credit. **General Policies** Please arrive on time, wear appropriate clothing, and follow instructor guidance.
